Bad Diet = Bad Skin?
Usually our health, worrying about our waistline, and of course there are Doctor’s orders. Now we need to add skincare to our list. Have we considered there are certain foods that we need to consume on a regular basis for great skin?
Honestly, I can’t say I gave this much thought either. But it makes sense. Why wouldn’t the foods we eat help or diminish our appearance. If someone has dark circles, can it really be about what they are or not doing to their skin? Same with people who struggle with acne. For instance, most teenagers deal with acne problems and how do most teenagers eat? From my memories of being a teenager, most teens do not eat properly. Maybe the lack of certain vegetables is causing their skin problems. I am very aware of how I take care of my skin. I always wash my face morning and night. I exfoliate frequently, but not too often. And I never forget to moisturize or protect my skin. So my next step in fighting acne, wrinkles, and other signs of age, is examining my diet. And of course that will be good for my waistline and health…and I bet my doctor will appreciate it too!

from my early teenage years i recall having very bad skin including spots
an constant redness the nose, chin, cheeks an forehead but as i got older
this began to improve an before i knew it i had a really nice complexion

everything including the pill several different ones, a 3+ months supply of
antibiotics an still on them,retin-a,benyol cream, herbal remedies,
exspensive face creams, dieting, sunbeds, saunas an steam rooms, regular
exercise, sleepin more often but to my dissapoint nothing has worked for

In some cases that is true, sometimes there is just nothing that can be
done or extreme measures have to be taken to get rid of acne. But for a
lot of people, acne and other skincare problems can be solved with proper
skincare and diet.
Good luck to you. I hope the chemical
peels will help. Please keep us posted on your results!

I have been working with a nutritionist who specializes in super foods that
help the skin. I just went through a 7 weeks to super skin program that
totally transformed my skin.
I had horrible breakouts...and
blotchy skin. It runs in my family. BUT my skin is so smooth now. It is
pretty simple to make the changes she suggested. It has to do with sugar,
hormone balancing...and a bunch of other stuff. Just stinks that I waited
til I was 35 to get great skin!
