The Bachelorette Talks About Not Settling

Do you remember Jen Schefft from The Bachelor? She got engaged to Andrew Firestone on the show in 2003 and then broke up. Then she went on The Bachelorette.

Now, she's married. And her husband, Joe Waterman, is absolutely adorable. She talks about waiting for the right guy and not settling at People. I second this advice wholeheartedly! Never jump into a relationship with anyone, not even if you are lonely or feeling like you're getting old. There's nothing worse than marrying someone that isn't right.

A lot of people ask me what it takes to find quality people, and I give them the advice in this article. I think it takes patience, faith, and certain behaviors that let your partners know you aren't in the dating game for something casual.
