Volunteers renew a home landscape

Property Ladder made its debut in June 2005. The episode containing FNGLA certified professionals and volunteers is due to air Saturday evening, July 29 at 8pm on TLC. FNGLA also obtained the services of more than a dozen FL landscape businesses to help with the renovation.

Property Ladder follows the process known as flipping, where real estate developers attempt to renovate properties considered diamonds in the rough and re-sell them for a lucrative profit. The program goes along as do-it-yourselfer-real estate developers rehab a new property and then sell it for what they hope will be a handsome profit.
