Roses and Landscapes

Here in the northern hemisphere, June is traditionally the month of brides and roses.

Do you have a favorite rose garden you would like to share with us?

In my mind, roses connect with being a June bride - their fragrances in my Mom's garden during picture taking, on the tables at the reception, and during our wedding trip along the New England coast.

Though I do not have too much luck growing hybrid tea roses - better luck with the newer landscape roses - I continue to seek out demonstration and exhibition gardens to see what new plants the growers have come up with, and of course, to smell the roses!
