Top Chef Casting in New York

Bravo is conducting an open casting call for professionally trained or self-taught chefs to appear on the fourth season of Top Chef. Here's what you need to know:

Date: Sunday, July 22nd, 2007

Place: craft*steak

85 Tenth Avenue,

New York, New York

Time: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

They're looking for chefs with a passion for food, creativity, a knowledge of cooking techniques and trends, and oodles of charisma. If you've got the personality and flair to cook, create, and compete under pressure, you'll want to give this show a try.

In order to be seen by the casting agents, you must fill out an application (found here), bring a completed and signed Certification of Veracity, have a recent photo of yourself, and an updated resume.

Future casting calls will also occur in Chicago, Las Vegas, San Fransisco, and Los Angeles. If you can't make it to one of these cities for an audition, head over to Bravo.com, fill out the application, and send in a video. All of the rules and guidelines can be found at the website.

To audition, you must be 21 years of age or older, a resident of the United States, and be able to travel to foreign countries. There are other rules to abide by as well, so make sure you hit up the website before you go.
