It's a nice interpretation of Supertramp's Breakfast in America as far as samples are concerned. It's funny too, which always earns extra points. But without the Supertramp hook, what will the rest of the music from Gym Class Heroes sound like? I'm anxiously awaiting the next single already.

Especially Simon's mix of Toto's Africa with Groove Theory's Tell Me. That's what a good mashup is supposed to sound like. But can anything sound bad when sung by Amel Larriuex? I think not. That brings me to my next point already.

Hottest Music Video Ever

The Shakira & Beyonce Beautiful Liar video is smokin' right now and likely always will be. That's one of those videos we'll look back on in ten years like we look at the Janet Jackson video for Love Will Never Do right now. It's sex appeal to the nth degree! Of course, Janet's video had something for the girls too.

Mickey Avalon

Every time I hear Jane Fonda it gets better and better. Except I keep trying now to make a parody of it with the name "La Fawnduh" from Napoleon Dynamite. He's accumulated 215,015 friends at this point and if you remember at out last check-in with Avalon, he had 210,578 friends. It's a snowball effect now that he's all over alternative radio. Is the amount of MySpace friends a musician has a new way to measure success?

I am counting the days until the new album from The Police is released. You knew it would come and Adam Yauch of the Beastie Boys is talking about how it may be out in time for summer.
