Every interaction a customer has with your company creates your overall corporate brand and image. That means if you hand write invoices, bids, and receipts, you will not look as professional in the eyes of your clientele as your competitors who use typed and well designed forms.
There are many forms packages available in your local office store, or you can download sample ones from Microsoft.com and edit them with your unique logo and color scheme.
I've already mentioned business cards, but it is worth mentioning again. Vistaprint is an excellent company from which to purchase business cards - and they have an email business card to add as your signature for only an additional $1.98.
Make sure your invoices and receipts are generated in a timely manner, this establishes your company as being "on-the-ball".
Use your logo and tagline on EVERY piece of company correspondence.
