"Bob Dylan: The Essential Interviews", edited by Jonathan Cott of Roling Stone that is (copyright 2006, Wenner Media, LLC). And I found this quote, from an interview with "Playboy" in March, 1966. What he says was in response to a question about college, actually, but it reflects, in it's own way, what I try to communicate here about how astrology/movements of the planets effect us.

I can't quote it -- due to the explicit directions of Wenner Media inside said books' cover, (and more out of respect for the very private Mr. Dylan and his right to say who does what with what he says and to be paid for what he's allowed to be published i.e. do buy this book, it's wonderful and that's how you'll find out exactly what Bob Dylan says). But in my words/perception, he points this out to an extent:

Don't try to know why things happen, they happen. Your knowing doesn't have much to do with it. If you go with the flow, allow them to happen, pay attention...then you have a chance at ending or beginning something. Looking for an answer, in the heavens or otherwise, just complicates things. Find the flow of the universe and go with the flow. Then you'll see where you fit in.

And that folks, due to the hurricaine, my stubborn (now no-longer present) and irrational refusal to use MS Word to write things intsead of typing them directly into the site, and Bob Dylan/Wenner Media, is your Not-So-Horrible-Scope for the day.
