Yachting Clubs on Google Earth

Google Earth can provide a unique view of marinas and mooring basins for those of us that are literally thousands of miles from many of these locations. If you have the Google Earth program loaded on your computer, here are some interesting sites that can be viewed from an eagle's perspective. Just click on the link and let the location come into sight. A link to the club website is also included.

• Hampton Sailing Club - A sailing club on the River Thames.
• Sydney by Sail - Yachting and Sailing at Sydney Harbour.
• Seafarers Sailing Club - Seafarers Sailing Club located at Solent between Hill Head and Lee-on-Solent overlooking the Isle of Wight.
• Western Carolina Sailing Club - Located on Lake Hartwell, just outside of Anderson, South Carolina.
• Windycrest Sailing Club - A sailing club located at Keystone Lake, Oklahoma.
• Royal Papua New Guinea Yacht Club - Yachting out of Fairfax Harbour in Port Moresby.
• Taganrog Yacht Club - Yachting basin located near Rostov-na-donu, Russia on the Black Sea. Manilla Yacht Club - Interesting location in Manila, Philippines.
• Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club - The yacht club is located on Kellett Island and is one of the oldest in Hong Kong.
