Kombucha Tea

The effects of green tea have been published worldwide but there are other teas out there that may also have positive effects for your health. Kombucha Tea is a kind of fermented tea, used by the Chinese since 220 B.C. It's quite easy to make and some people say that its anti-oxidant effects are incredibly beneficial. I'd never heard of it before, but I did a little research and compiled some useful information about this ancient tea.
