Ginger Soup

Alcohol (wine, rum, whiskey etc...) can add certain flavours to a dish. Sometimes oakey, smokey or herb-like, these flavours left behind after cooking can make a meal simply marvelous. Carrot Ginger Soup with Drambuie is no exception.
