Art Storage Tips

Storing your art supplies can be a pain. If you don't store them correctly they can get unusable, but then other times they aren't easy to get to. Here are some tips on making the best of both situations.

*Do not leave you painting supplies in direct sunlight for more than a few minuets at a time.

*Keep pastels out of moist environments.

*Watercolor and pastel paper are best stored flat to avoid warping.

*Pots of paint can be easily stored in plastic tubs.

*Sketching pencils can be stored in a brush organizer that rolls up and ties.

*An egg carton can be used to organize small peices of pastel sticks.

*Always store paint in a room that is no colder than 32f degrees.
