Sorry that there has not been a new article in the last couple of months. I just have had a lot of my plate this semester here at WSU and because of the endless cycle of quizzes, homework and tests, plus a lot of crap in my personal life, I was unable to pound out an article.

Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of my rant about wrestling. This week I plan on addressing women wrestling and it's role in not only indepedent wrestling but in wrestling as a whole.

The NWA is back baby!
On Monday, February 15th, the National Wrestling Alliance [NWA] and the Japan based Universal Fighting-arts Organization [UFO] announced that they have reached an agreement which calls for the two organizations to work together in both the U.S. and Japan.

ECW - On The Upswing?
With the success of it's most recent PPV, Guilty as Charged, it seems that Philadelphia's resident hardcore federation, ECW, seems to finally be on the upswing.

Independents Are The Best
I have to say, that out of all the live pro-wrestling events I have ever been too, by far, the independent stars put the most effort and energy into the show.

Indy Wrestling On The Rise
There is no doubt in any wrestling fan's mind that pro-wrestling is on the upswing and experiencing a golden age that it hasn't seen since the days of Hulk Hogan and the 1980's.

A lot of people may hold resentment towards the Sandman for leaving ECW. But I don't.
