Dealing with Family
Many survivors of multiple chemical sensitivity have a difficult time talking to their families about the changes that they must make. It is hard enough to make the changes for yourself, but someone who is not experiencing the health problems associated with MCS may have an even harder time adjusting. To them, you might appear healthy on the outside, especially when you are not in the midst of an exposure.
