BowenLatest ArticlesOnce Upon A Time in China III (1993) Once Upon A Time in China III is hardly a worthy addition to the series of films, but it is still an above average film that is well worth seeing for any martial arts fan. Rush Hour 2 is even funnier than its predecessor and the chemistry between Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker has improved, too. The action, although second to the comedy, is still impressive and the movie is one of Chan's best. Kiss of the Dragon is Jet Li's newest film, which boasts impressive action, but unfortunately also has Bridget Fonda, who practically ruins the movie. The plot is somewhat convoluted too, though it is a solid movie worth seeing on DVD, at least. Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000) A review of the Oscar-winning, box office champion Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Drunken Master II is one of the greatest Hong Kong action movies of all-time, and easily Jackie Chan's strongest film. Chan reprises his role as the legendary Wong Fei Hung. Black Mask stars Jet Li and features fast-paced, awesome action by Yuen Woo Ping. The story is also strong and engaging, making Black Mask recommended viewing. The Shao Lin Temple is a good movie, especially considering that it is one of Jet Li's first films. The fighting is especially strong and enjoyable. Hitman is a very good movie starring Jet Li and featuring a strong plot, good action, and plenty of humor. Dragon Forever is a good movie with good fight sequences and humor throughout.
