Mentors, Masters and Mrs. MacGregor
When I was ready to retire from my 25-year teaching career, the mother of one of my students gave me a book called Mentors, Masters and Mrs. MacGregor. Along with it was a wonderful note of appreciation for things I had done to help her children.
This book is a wonderful way to let that special teacher know you noticed and appreciated the efforts he or she made.

What I picked up to read as a reference and source of information surprisingly became one of the best books I had ever read - surely a great book, and one to consider if you've never read it.
