Once you have your name down, you need to decide on the content.
Articles and artwork are usually a good start. Are you going to write the articles yourself, or have your friends write some?
One thing to remember: you are editor of your zine. You have to be prepared to wear your editor hat if one of your friends gives you an article that you think needs work. Don't just take anything and print it - the articles should be interesting and legible, at the very least. I am lucky - all my friends are wonderful writers - but I was selective about who I asked to write for my zine. And I take submissions from readers!
