Holiday MeditationsMeditation Three: Observe snowflakes Ok, so this is a bit difficult if you live in Phoenix, or Southern California (in that case, observe geckos or seashells). But the idea is, to choose and object in nature and meditate on it's perfection. According to legend, no two snowflakes are alike...but no snowflake has ever suffered from depression, low self-esteem, or poor body image! Nor has any leaf on any tree, or any grain of sand in any desert. All are unique. All are unmatched by anything else in the world. And each is perfectly what they are. And so is each human being. And even if all the cookies get slightly burned, or the house isn't spotless for holiday guests, remember, we can be perfect at one thing...perfect at being who we are. And that is who our family and friends love us for, after all. Happy Holidays to all!
