It is also helpful to use some quick meditation techniques while practicing these stretches (look for more on meditation in my upcoming articles!) But even practiced alone, they can give you the benefits of increased circulation, released tension, and lift your mood and spirits significantly, with no mental effort on your part. So take just a few moments for yourself in your busy day, stretch out, and enjoy. You are worth it!
