RAW Report 8/13/01
Jericho reminds us that Booker's standing right next to "a man-beast, and a hose-beast!" Rock accepts the rhyming contest with something that gets bleeped and rhymes with "sucka." An enrages Stephanie says let's have a tag match tonight, Jericho and Rock vs. Rhyno and Booker T tonight. Yeah, let's see it! Jericho's happy- "Thank you Stephanie, you're the breast- I mean, best!" Rock says yeah, if you smell what he's cooking. A bit long, but definitely well done. We cut to commercial.
12) Backstage STONE COLD tells DEBRA something about somebody's "garbagey style" when HURRICANE HELMS drops by. He says Austin's speech was great. Austin asks about Helms' Green Lantern tattoo. Helms: "He's a superhero. He beat Superman one time." Austin: "Reminds me of Kurt Angle, he thinks he's a superhero." Helms: "He can't beat the Green Lantern." Austin tells him to go make trouble, Helms says OK and leaves. Austin and Debra make fun of the tattoo.
13) TEST d. SPIKE DUDLEY. MOLLY HOLLY is on the scene, just so you know. You just KNOW that the WCW/ECW alliance is gonna fail, cause Test has a history of joining lost causes. (Remember the Corporation? T&A? Being engaged to STEPHANIE?) Test jumps Spike on the way in the ring, hitting a knee to the gut, but he misses the pumphandle. Spike tries for the Dudley Dong but gets tossed over the top rope to the floor. Test follows him out and punches him, following it up with kicks and slams into the ringpost. He sloppily tosses Spike back in over the middle rope, heads to the top rope and misses the flying elbow. Spike punches Test and hits a low dropkick. He backs Test into the corner, whip is reversed, Spike hits a boot to the face and a hurricanrana. Boot by Test and a powerbomb blocked, Spike tries to Dong again but gets the big boot off the ropes to finish things off. The big boot is the lamest finisher in wrestling. Test powerbombs Spike after the match. Molly jumps in and smacks Test to make the save, but he kicks her. THE ACOLYTES run in to doubleteam Test but THE DUDLEY BOYS run in as well. APA gets the big beatdown and has their theme music played. We cut to commercial.
