12) Backstage UNDERTAKER and KANE walk around. We cut to commercial.
13) KANE/UNDERTAKER d. RIKISHI/HAKU. I'm thinking we've seen this match a couple dozen times, and Haku's only been back since late January. We brawl on the ramp, with Haku trying to beat up the Undertaker as they roll back into the ring. By the way, I'm impressed with how the Taker pushes himself to get better even when he's a shadow of his former self, which is more than the BIG SHOW can say. Haku hit a dropkick! With that done he reverts to headbutts and chops, but Taker fires back with right hands of his own. Tag to Rikishi and he pounds on the Taker maybe twice before tagging Haku back in. Legdrop by Rikishi on his way out and Haku gets a two count before Kane makes the save. Running DDT by Taker and he gets a two count, broken up by Rikishi. Whip into the corner and Rikishi hits the splash, but Kane breaks up the stinkface attempt. Rikishi and Kane brawl on the outside, and Taker chokeslams Haku to put this match out of its misery. Was Kane ever legally in the match?
14) Backstage TRISH STRATUS shows up. She tells MICHAEL COLE she has something to say to VINCE MCMAHON, but she'll say it in the ring. We cut to commercial.
15) TRISH STRATUS recaps what happened to her last week on the program, and she's not thrilled about it, as you can gather. "Last week I experienced the most degrading, most humiliating experience of my life. But I'm not here to hide from it, I'm here to address it. Can we roll the footage, please?" And we do. "Down and dirty, that is just the way you always liked it, isn't it Vince?" Ouch. "Well I've had a full week to think about it, and since you're so fond of doing things in public, I'm asking you to come down here RIGHT NOW. There's something I want to say to your face." MR. MCMAHON stops by, and here we go: "Now before you say whatever it is you're gonna say, I want you to realize just who is standing here in front of you, just who... I... am." "I've only got two words for you, Mr. McMahon... I'M SORRY!" Wow, didn't see THAT one coming! She begs for forgiveness, saying she knows there's only one dominant female in the WWF. Vince questions her integrity: "You're sorry? You don't mind, that I kind of doubt that you're really sorry. I have to question why you're sorry. Are you sorry because you're not wearing a mink coat tonight?... Are you sorry because you're not riding in a nice long limo, Trish?... Just how sorry are you? Are you as sorry as my comatose wife, sitting in a sanitorium drooling?... Prove to me just how sorry you are." Uh oh, what does that mean? In the interests of loyalty, he makes her get on her hands and knees and beg like a dog. Then he makes her bark her apology to him. Vince is truly an EVIL MAN, my friends. What's scarier is that SHE DOES IT. Then he says the most revolting thing ever: "I've seen you on all fours before, they haven't... and they're about to." He demands that Trish strip if she's really sorry, and she takes her blouse off. I kind of would rather watch the XFL right about now. Trish is wearing underwear only, and Vince wants the bra off. She starts to comply but Vince changes his mind, saying the fans don't deserve the view. (If you were hoping she'd strip, you definitely don't deserve it) Trish: "Mr. McMahon, not even you know how far I'd degrade myself for the right cause." That's pretty cryptic, what does it mean? Maybe she's supporting Al Snow for commissioner! Vince says everybody in D.C. is "this close to prostitution." If he got heel heat like this every night I'd buy him 24 hour security. He's that convincing. We cut to commercial.
