RAW is WAR report 09/11/00

1) a) COMMISSIONER FOLEY starts our show this week. He takes about 2 seconds before mentioning the STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN angle. Foley's going to find out who ran Austin over last November, and says that if any wrestler wishes to confess he/she should come forward at this time.

b) THE ROCK comes out... to confess? No, he's not confessing, he's saying not just "No" but "Aw hell no." Foley says if it wasn't you, what're you doing out here? "What're you, the Rock's mother?" the champ says. He's there for payback, and to do a hilarious imitation of what KANE might have been like as a kid. He tells Kane to "just bring it" to Unforgiven...

c) and CHRIS BENOIT interrupts and makes fun of Rock and Kane. He says "Last time I checked, WWF stands for World WRESTLING Federation!" and that if anyone deserves a title shot it's him. Foley wants to think about it...

d) Nope, give KANE whatever he wants cause here he is. He starts to get in everybody's face...

e) And THE UNDERTAKER hits the scene, rushing us toward a somewhat convoluted main event for Unforgiven. We've got a melee, with Kane and Undertaker fighting on the floor while Rock and Benoit duke it out in the ring. Kane accidentally hits Foley during the fray and Mrs. Foley's not gonna like that at all. THE SWARM OF REFEREES is on hand to break things up as we cut to commercial.

2) MICHAEL COLE interviews COMMISSIONER FOLEY, who books a tag match- KANE and BENOIT against ROCK and UNDERTAKER. He also guarantees he will name a new #1 contender before the night is up.

3) HARDY BOYS d. DUDLEY BOYS to become the #1 contenders. EDGE and CHRISTIAN show up- again- to watch the match. This segment to be known as "Three Teams in Search of an Angle." Crowd cheers louder for the Hardys; both teams hit their highspots before the Hardys get the duke thanks to interference by Christian. The Duds get some revenge on the champs after the match, dropping Edge through a table (though it didn't break! Oops!). We cut to commercial.

4) LITA d. IVORY for the WWF Women's Championship. Ivory hits some nice power moves, but Lita regains control after an enziguiri. Just when things get interesting, MIDEON shows up and streaks everybody! And then the camera stays on him! EEEW, don't SHOW it! Lita catches a distracted Ivory with a Twist of Fate and a Litasault for the pin.
