RAW is WAR live from Albany, New York
1) a) Commissioner Mick Foley opens up the show, fresh from his vaunted trip to Southeast Asia. Foley gets the crowd to chant "U.S.A.!" for "a cheap pop." Foley reviews the evens of the past week. He makes the Triple H-Chris Jericho match at Fully Loaded a Last Man Standing match. b) Before he can continue, The Undertaker rides down to the ring. He recaps Kurt Angle's actions of late, and demands that he get a match tonight with the Olympic Hero. c) Continuing our cavalcade of interrupting Foley, Kane makes his way to the ring. He says that he'll create more chaos if his brother doesn't get a match with Angle. Foley says "While you guys were busy scaring the hell out of me, I had an idea..." d) Foley gets interrupted AGAIN by Kurt Angle, who apologizes via Titantron for hitting the Undertaker with a sledgehammer on Smackdown. Finally Foley gets to speak, and he makes a tag match for tonight- Kane and Undertaker vs. Kurt Angle and Triple H. e) Triple H interrupts via video and begs Foley to reconsider having to team up with "That Olympic Twerp." Angle: "I don't think I'm a twerp!" Foley begins to talk again and- f) AAARGH!!! Foley gets interrupted by the Rock, who makes his way to the ring. If there are any more interruptions we won't have time for any matches. Rock says he has "a one word demand: Benoit." And he wants to put his title up tonight. Foley begins to ponder, and... g) Yup, you guessed it- it's Benoit's turn to interrupt the Mick. Flanked by Shane McMahon, Edge and Christian, he looks back fondly at locking the Rock in the Crippler Crossface. Finally Foley interrupts Shane and reasserts his authority. Foley books a six-man match: Edge, Christian and Benoit against the Rock and the Acolytes. h) Rock decides to jump Benoit, which leads to a near-melee involving everybody. Foley leads the refs in trying to break things up. 2) The Dudley Boyz vs. The Hardy Boyz (no contest, I think) Hardys hit their highspots early, but the Dudleys take over with some power moves. Nice Doomsday Device by the Dudleys, and they quickly go for the table. As soon as the table comes out, the Steven Richards alarm goes off. Buh Buh Ray gets distracted, and the Hardys drop onto both from the top rope to the floor (kudos to Jeff for a ladder dive). T&A make their way into the melee. Trish drags Lita into the ring, and Trish goes to the ladder to drop onto Lita. Lita tries to suplex her, but Trish drops her through the table from the top of the ladder. They're dragging so many guys out early I'm wondering if the show ends early this week or something.
