during your challenge, but you will find that for quite a while after that week, your writing will flow more freely, and you'll feel more creative. So, sit down at the keyboard or take a big sheet of paper and start brainstorming those goals. Later, you can take the time to break them down into individual tasks. If you're really organized (I'm definitely not), you can map them out on a calendar and plan times for accomplishing each step. Even if you don't do this, though, you've written down some goals that will stick in your subconscious and help you keep them in mind all year long.
