There's No Such Thing as a Bad Boss

just shrugged and walked out of my office. Although I would have done a much better job had I been given more time, I completed the task by the end of the workday. A lesson I never forgot!

Given more time and space, I could offer examples of the lessons I learned from a "risk avoider," a "sloth," a "tyrant," a "perfectionist," a "screamer," a "motor-mouth," a "clown," a "harasser," a "meddler," a "hyper-manager," and many others.

So, when confronted by a flawed boss, remember that you can learn as much from him/her as you can from a quality boss.
