Aromatherapy Makes Scents from the Working Moms Refuge.
When I was pregnant, my worst days were those where I had trouble sleeping and I also suffered from morning sickness. Fortunately, my husband is an avid fan of aromatherapy. Whenever I needed a good rest without my stomach churning, we would put a couple of drops of grapefruit (for the queasiness), and orange (to help me sleep) on my pillow, and I would be out like a light. Upon awakening, I would be absolutely ravenous, and would eat without a problem.
