Affirmations
Using some of the information you have come to learn about yourself in the paragraphs above, and by making positive affirmations up yourself, take them and write them on little pieces of paper. Stick them up in places you spend a lot of time--in the bedroom, by the computer, the bathroom sink, anywhere. Practice saying these nice things to yourself and make new affirmations all the time. Find uplifting and motivating poetry and read it often. Find a good book on improving self-esteem, and watch yourself start feeling better one day at a time.
