4) Help other women. Unfortunately, women can sometimes be their own worse enemy. Don't let that happen to you. Be supportive of the women around you. No one says you have to agree with everything everyone says, but you don't have to destroy someone else just because you disagree.
Now of course most resolutions are not kept and are forgotten about in a few weeks or months. But if we can all just pick one of those five to keep as a resolution for the year, perhaps things can slowly get better. Maybe just in little baby steps, but at least they will be steps forward - not backward. Some links to help you keep those resolutions ...
