We all know about Santa and his incredible ability to make little girls and boys happy every Christmas morning. But how much do we know about the woman behind the man? After all, the saying holds true... behind every great man, is a great woman. Mrs. Claus is responsible for a household of hundreds of hard working elves. All of which need good, nutritious meals every day of the year and a warm, cozy place to call home. You could think of Mrs. Claus as the ultimate fraternity house-mother. She cooks, cleans, and keeps them all clothes. Where would all the Christmas presents be on Christmas morning without Santa's happy elves? It wouldn't be a merry Christmas without them. We have Mrs. Claus to thank for their happiness, and thus, our merry Christmas mornings. And who do you think keeps Santa fed so his belly shakes when he laughs, like a bowl full of jelly? There aren't a lot of pizza delivery places up on the North Pole and you'll be hard pressed to find a McDonald's. Keeping Santa happy and well fed is another responsibility of Mrs. Claus. She cooks all of his meals and makes sure he gets his best meal of the year on Christmas Eve. If you thought your Grandmother did a good job of cooking Christmas dinner, then you ain't seen nothing yet until you've seen Christmas Eve dinner at the North Pole. This dinner comes with all the traditional holiday trimmings, plus special extras! There's turkey, ham, Cornish game hens, pork chops, pot roast, lasagna, lamb chops, stuffed shells, steak, lobster tails, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberries, sweet potatoes, yams, biscuits, salad, cooked peas and carrots, squash, asparagus, broccoli, and green bean casserole. We haven't even begun to mention the desserts! Mrs. Claus' dessert list could put even Wen Zientek's desserts to shame (and that does take a LOT)! Of course, with Santa and the elves out taking the gifts to all the good little girls and boys of the world, who do you think gets stuck with cleaning the dishes? Santa might be quick with delivering gifts, but he's a little slow when it comes to getting the dishes clean. Once again, Mrs. Claus saves the house by taking care of the dirty dishes and cleaning up after Santa and the elves.
