Writer's Note: Even the spelling of Calamity Jane's surname is in question. The Blackhill's Museum spells it as Canary, but I have chosen to use the spelling which Calamity herself uses in her journal as I believe that this is how she would have spelt her name during her lifetime.

Katie, great article on Calamity Jane. I discovered it while exploring the Women of History Event and really enjoyed it.

I think you may be right about Calamity Jane riding for the Pony Express. ...
