Reconditioning
We humans require good, restful sleep in order for our bodies to be healthy. It is during the deep sleep hours that the immune system does its best work in our bodies defense and if these hours are shortened or eliminated, then our overall health is affected. If you have trouble getting good, refreshing sleep each night, by all means talk to your doctor. Together you'll be better able to identify the reasons for your insomnia and can then investigate appropriate measures to correct the problem.
