The Cure For Self-Employment Burn-out

understand, now, that unless you take care of yourself, and find the time to enjoy the fruits of your labors, the labor is of no value? Do you understand that the best way to keep up your energy level and desire to make your business work is to take care of your innate need for recreation, laughter and fun?

Next time, you can take three or four days. The next time, maybe a week. (Just don't overdo it, because those you trust may come to be all too comfortable with your absence. Your hard work may crumble. "Take all things in moderation" the saying goes. But that is topic for another article.)

Now, before you wake up one morning and find yourself without the energy to even get out of bed, take that much deserved vacation - even if just for a few days.
