Secrets of Abuse Survival


  • Pamper Thyself: The one way to capture peace of mind is to take care of yourself spiritually and mentally. Gather Aromatherapy products such as lotions, candles, bubble bath and other essentials. Curl up in your favorite blanket and read magazines all day. Light some candles, sip your favorite hot drink, and play some soft music. Listen to music with the sound of nature such as ocean waves, rain, and dolphins.  Give yourself a manicure and pedicure. You don’t need all the essentials to give yourself the perfect pedicure.
  • There is no secret formula to surviving abuse, but we can only take care of ourselves one day at a time and with each baby step your Survival will become your Freedom.
