Wolf Mania

My this article is a story about a wolf and a wildlife officer, who has a great passion for this creature. I hope this story will shake you from inside.

This officer was a great lover of wolf. I visited house, and saw decors containing wolf in them. The decors include posters, pictures etc. His blankets have wolf drawn on them. All that I want to mention is that I really got the impression of visiting a wolf's house. I met his wife and she told me that wolf is a part of their family, they talk about wolf almost each day. He used to write poems on wolf. This was a brief introduction of him.

A few months before, a strange thing happened with him, which changed his whole life. It happened was, on one evening when he was returning home from a friend's house, he heard a shot from the roadside forest. He being a wildlife officer went in the forest and soon spotted four hunters with a dead wolf. He warned them and asked them to give up as he had caught them red handed, but they were four and were well armed. Seeing a dead wolf made him emotional and he got mad and knowing that he is unarmed he attacked them in rage. One of the hunters made him unconscious by blowing the pistol on his head and then they left him.

He decided to take the blood shed of the wolf from these hunters in his own way. After that day, he started visiting that forest with a pistol. After a week, his wish came true and he was standing face to face with the hunters. This time he did not warned them and opened the fire. One of the hunters got injury in his leg where as the other remained safe. One of them loaded his shotgun and shot him from a cover. The burst blew his head and he died at the spot. The hunters ran away with their injured friend.

The hunters were caught a few days after the death of the great man, the man who had realized that this earth does not belong to us only. We share this earth with these animals. Being superior does not mean to destroy the inferior. The hunters got their place but they made us lose a great man.
