Human Hunter

As I have already mentioned that one of my friend's father is an officer in the wildlife department, he told me a very touchy story about one his subordinate and a wolf pup. He was getting emotional while narrating the story.

My friend's father told me that one year before when they were patrolling in a forest area they heard a sound of tiny footsteps on withered leaves. Suddenly they turned back and they saw a little pup following them. It was so little that it could hardly walk. My friend's father knew that the wolves do not let their pups go alone in such an early age, he immediately came to the conclusion that the pup had lost its family. At first he decided to let it go but it kept on following them. Later he decided to take it with them keeping the fact in mind that if they left it, some other creature would kill it.

They took it with them and it given in the custody of one of his subordinates. He was ordered to take care of it in every sense. This person started with it and in just two days the pup became free with him and he also gave him the best. A few days after that person used to spend all his time with the wolf. The person did not have any family. It seemed that they both were head over heals in love. The pup did not eat without him and he cannot sleep without the pup, so he placed his bed near the pup's place.

Two months later, an accident washed the whole love story. It happened so that one day the person was going for a walk with the pup when suddenly the pup's paw touched a hunter trap and in no time a sharp branch of a tree passed through the chest of the person and he died at the spot. One of the colleagues of the person was passing by and found his friend dead with the pup mourning by the dead body.

After this incident, the pup stopped eating and after a few days it also died. The pup owed the person some love and it returned it with its life.

You must have heard the saying that no one dies with the dead ones but in this true incident one died with the dead one. This showed that the pup was a true lover.
