Once again" Don' t blame the wolf"A few days back, a strange incident took place here in Islamabad. In this, a wolf in the city zoo killed a one-year-old child. People blamed the wolf for this but let me clear this fact that there was nothing to blame the wolf. The wolf was made to do all this. In the evening of the last Friday, a family headed by "Qaiser Abbass", having a son, went to the zoo. They were enjoying a lot, when this heart breaking incident took place. It happened that "Qaiser" was frightening his son from the wolf, when all of a sudden the wolf caught, one year old "Waheed", from his legs and the wolf started pushing him in. "Qaiser" was holding his son and was not letting him go. As the Waheed's mother saw his son in the jaws of the wolf, she could not beard it and suddenly went to unconsciousness. Some of the young boys, who were nearby and were visitors, came to rescue them. One of the boys, putted his life in danger went very close to the wolf and kicked the wolf but it did not let go. One of those boys ran towards a policeman, who was standing nearby and asked him to shoot the wolf from his gun. The policeman refused to do so by saying that he had no such orders. The boy fetched the gun from his hands and aimed the wolf and tried to fire, but the gun was locked. The child was running out of Qaiser's hand. Some other boys were helping him. It was almost ten minutes passed, when "Waheed" was torn into two parts. The upper part of the body remained in his father's hands and the wolf took the lower part. Everyone on the spot could not bear the sight. The small family, which came to the zoo to enjoy, was now crying in pain. Now let me reveal the facts to you. What really happened was not a fault of the wolf; rather the wolf was made to do all this. The wolf had been hungry for about four days. One of the eyewitnesses informed me that the wolf, which did all this, used to be a very friendly wolf and people used to come here just to see that wolf. Just imagine you were kept hungry for four days, will you not do the same? Will you not kill everyone, who comes near you? If your answer is "Yes", don't blame the wolf.
