Drinking wine can be one of the most pleasant experiences you could ever hope to encounter, but it can also be one of the most confusing subjects. In this wine column I will attempt to explain wine in a plain non-threatening manner.
I have obtained the High Wine & Spirit Trust Certificate, and will attempt to share my college wine knowledge with you. The most important number one thing I have learnt is that wine is a matter of personal taste. No matter what anyone else thinks, says, or writes, if you like it, it's good. On that note, if you notice my facts are contrary to your own or are confusing, please let me know.
