Starting WINIPCFG
WINIPCFG is located in your Windows directory with the filename: WINIPCFG.EXE. You can launch it by going to:

-->Run and enter the filename as: WINIPCFG.EXE

Details
When you run it, it looks like this:

You will see your IP Address, Adapter Address, Subnet Mask and Default Gateway.

Release button releases your IP Address and Renew button renews your IP address. When you use Renew, a new IP address is obtained from DHCP service or your network computer. Use Release All or Renew All to release or renew all IP addresses.
