Community Wildscaping Options
If you're interested in getting involved with a community garden in your area, you can do a web search to see if any local community gardens are listed. You could also check with your local Parks and Recreation department or garden shop.
If you're feeling brave and want to start a Community Garden of your own, the best step to take is to visit the American Community Garden Association's website at http://www.communitygarden.org/ . This site has a lot of useful links and some excellent online publications as well as an checklist for those who wish to start their own Community Garden.
