Crab and Rice PrimaveraThis week I found a new recipe containing imitation crabmeat, one of our favorite ingredients. It’s a colorful dish consisting of crabmeat, rice, and veggies, such as broccoli, onions, mushrooms, and red peppers. This meal was also a cinch to throw together and it cooks up quickly. However, the taste was rather mediocre. This entrée was pretty good but nothing great. We give it three stars. My husband also noted that it doesn’t reheat well and tastes even worse the next day. Don’t think I’ll be making this one again. Have a good week and good eating!
