Dijon Pork ChopsThis week I tried an extremely quick and easy pork chop recipe called Dijon Pork Chops. All you do is coat the chops with Dijon mustard and a mixture of bread crumbs and pepper, then bake them in the oven for about 30 minutes. How simple! Too bad the chops didn’t taste all that great. We gave them a 3-star rating for “pretty good.” There was nothing special about these pork chops, and the hint of Dijon was barely recognizable. This wasn’t a dish that I’ll be making again, though if you’re looking for a fast and simple recipe for pork chops, you may want to try it out. Have a good week and good eating!
