Looking for a simple and easy main dish recipe? Well, it doesn’t get much simpler or easier than this one. We'll give it a four-star rating.

This recipe is a family favorite that I make quite often because it’s just so darn easy. This main dish only requires two ingredients and one pan to cook it in. I like using thick, boneless pork chops, but you can also use regular ol’ bone-in chops if you prefer. And feel free to pick the brand and flavor of your choice when it comes to the BBQ sauce. I like using various flavors of Kraft barbeque sauce, because it’s tasty and it’s cheap. I recommend a total cook time of 45 minutes for this one, but I’ve often left the chops on the stove for an hour and they still turn out juicy and delicious every time. I like serving cheddar mashed potatoes and green peas as accompaniments to this meal.

I hope your family enjoys these chops as much as we do. Let me know what you think if you try this one.

Have a good week and good eating!
Allison
