Sesame SalmonSince it's officially summer here in the U.S., we decided to try a recipe that we could cook on the grill. We try to grill out at least once a week during the warmer months. The recipe we tried is called "Sesame Salmon." The salmon fillet marinates for about an hour in a tangy honey mustard sauce, then you garnish the fish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving. The marinade was quite easy to put together; you probably have all the ingredients on hand. And the fish only has to marinate for an hour, so it's not a dish you have to worry about getting started early in the day. My husband probably had the fillet on the grill for about 30 minutes or so, but grills may vary, so one way to tell if the fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork. This salmon was extremely tasty, and I especially liked the green onions sprinkled over top, which made for a colorful presentation. We give this one four and a half stars. Suggested accompaniments are wild rice and green beans. If you like salmon, I recommend that you try this recipe some time soon. I think you'll enjoy it. Have a good week and good eating!
