We are stewards of this grand planet of ours, people. We owe it to ourselves and our great-grandkids to learn about all the amazing creatures that inhabit this marble with us. If we're the smartest things here, we should learn to remain part of the miraculous balance that was here before we began stomping around. And the weeds - whether they turn out to be healing, nourishing, useful or just food for someone we never noticed before - deserve our selective nurturance.
