Lycos Wedding Announcements

What can you accomplish in your wedding preparations that only takes two minutes out of your day? How about your wedding announcements?

Lycos has made online wedding announcements as easy as mad libs.

1. Go to Pagebuilder.

2. Choose to make a wedding page.

3. Use your Tripod ID to login or register.

4. Name your file.

5. Upload your picture of use stock cartoons.

6. Choose your graphics and font face.

7. Tell your story.

8. Name your announcement.

9. Hit finish.

10. View your masterpiece.

How easy is it? The Chapmans had no trouble. Kristen and Joel met on a singles line and ended up announcing their wedding. Devlyn and Fernando even got their picture uploaded. If all these people can do it, so can you!

I agree, if you take a look through the ones up already, you'll see that many ocurred more than 5 years ago. It's an ego thing, but still looks like fun!

I think those announcements are neat. Maybe sometime Judy and I can get around to announcing our 1967 wedding this way. If I can get the scanner working, maybe people can see what we did look ...
