Ok, now you can relax and savor spring! To help my Suite 101 gardening friends do that. I developed a new beer recipe. I call it "Limed Lager," and it is very refreshing. So turn on the pump, pour yourself something cool to drink, kick back and relish the blooms of spring. Many of you have done an outstanding job, with both your water gardens and your pond pages. I would like to use this space each month to feature a few of the sites I have found useful, inventive, encouraging, beautiful, or all of the above. Enjoy! Ponds for Real I enjoyed my visit to this pond. The pictures showing the construction of the pond and the bridge are instructive. Rhonda also provides some very helpful tips and great pictures of her KOI! Robyn's Pond Page A super job! This site has tons of first hand information, including an inventory of the ponds. This can be very helpful in determining what you can expect from a pond in your yard. Robyn shares some of the mistakes made, as well as the things that went right. Fish in a Barrel This is a very well done container pond page. With suggestions and instructions complimented by pictures you will learn much on the subject.
