Stressed? Visit Washington and Unwind.
When you immerse yourself in nature, it's hard to be stressed. I don't remember where I read this, but I read once if you look at trees for five minutes it drops your stress level. So if you are unable to get out, hopefully you can look out the window and enjoy the trees. If you want to see some of the most beautiful trees in the world, visit the Hoh or Quinault Rainforests. Whatever you decide to do to alleviate your stress, I recommend time in Washington where you can venture out and forget your woes. It's pretty hard not to get in a better frame of mind when you look at the ocean and its mighty waves, http://www.suite101.com/article.cfm/wash... . Listening to the waves is a good prescription for happiness. Remember the good times and get out and create some more. Visit Washington and drown those stresses. You'll build some good memories to carry you through those times when you can't travel.
