Illness and Vitamins

Just as your car needs fluids and regular maintenance to run well, your body needs vitamins and minerals to be healthy. When certain vitamins and minerals are missing from your system, you can get certain illnesses. In turn, while your body has a cold, flu, or other illnesses, they deplete your system of some of its vitamins and minerals. You will need more of certain vitamins to get healthier faster, and to stay that way.

Below are some suppliments that should be taken for certain ailments. I found the list in the Vitamin Bible. I've also seen these in sources like "Let's Get Well" by Adelle Davis. They are not recommended to take the place of medicial advice, so please, consult a vitamin believing doctor.
