Special Vitamin Needs


Just as all people are not the same, the same vitamin regimens are not good for the same people. Every person needs a different set of vitamins. Men, woman, and children all need a different vitamin regimen. Even men and woman that do different activities need different vitamins. The same as two different women that are different ages need different vitamins, along with men and children. Below is a small list of vitamins that some people should take. In my next article, I will take you to what you should take for doing certain activities.

AGE VITAMINS WOMEN

12-18 Multiple vitamin and mineral 500mg Vitamin C 200 IU Vitamin E 1 each with breakfast

19-50 Stress B Complex High potency multi-vitamin (time released) 1000mg Vitamin C 400 IU Vitamin E 1 each with breakfast and evening meals.

50+ Multiple vitamin (time released) 1000mg Vitamin C 400 IU Vitamin E 1 each with breakfast and evening meals 1-3 multi digestive enzymes daily

MEN

11-18 Multi-vitamin and mineral 1000mg Vitamin C 400 IU Vitamin E 1 each at breakfast

19-50 Multi-vitamin and mineral 1000mg Vitamin C 400 IU Vitamin E 1 each with morning and evening meal 1 Lecithin daily Stress B complex AM and PM

50+ Multi-vitamin and mineral 1000mg Vitamin C 400 IU Vitamin E 1 each twice a day 1-3 multi digestive enzymes daily

INFANTS

1-4 1 chewable multi-vitamin

4-12 1 multi-vitamin with calcium and iron, high in B complex and Vitamin C

As with anything else, it is wise to ask your vitamin knowledgable doctor. Make sure he believes in taking vitamins to begin with though. Most doctors do not, so check first.
