Internet Voice Answering Machine is a good technology used now a days to avoid line busy. It not only stops the phone line to remain busy but it also receives and deliever the message instantly to the user. It works just like telephone voice mail. Voice Mail, computerized system for delivery and reception of telephone messages. Voice mail enables telephone callers to leave messages when the person they are calling does not answer the telephone. Voice mail converts these audio messages to digital data and stores them on computer hard disks. The messages can then be accessed and listened to later. The voice mail was introduced in 1980's enabling to use digital voice messages instead of tape recording answering machine. Most phone companies in the United States offer voice mail service to business and residential customers. In addition, large companies often store voice mail on their own computer systems, known as servers.

Internet answering machine is introduced an year ago. The process is very simple. Websites offers software and requires the user to register. User register him name, phone number and email address. After the registeration, an email is sent. In which the whole process is mentioned. Caller Answering machine requires 10 digit phone number. In which country code, city code and phone number is included. The person must be running the program while surfing the net. So that instant messages can be transfer right away.

The basic question arise is that how this internet answering machine works? When the caller calls the other person, who is connected on the net. The internet answering machine software, detect incoming call and receives it just like an ordinary telephone answering machine. After receiving the message, it sends the message to server. The person is instantly given a notice about the new coming call. The message stored in the server can be viewed later and deleted, according to the user's will. Not only single message but several messages can be stored in the server. The message stored is formatted in little lower format then default formats for quick downloading. By this server can save more voice data files. As low formatted files increase the space.

Some Internet asnwering machine works as a pager. The persons working on the server, receive message and then immediately type the message and send it to the user. The users is then immediately displayed the message. It is quite similar like instant messagers on the internet.
